This entry → busting down a common blockage to financial flow in spirit-led businesses: the content to purchase journey, a channeled message about keeping servitude at the center, and Mik’s message about losing the plot and why her spiritual coaching business never got off the ground.
Marketing Message:
Clearing the path from content to purchase.
In the last edition of Answer the Call, I listed out all the reasons why you haven’t manifested financial flow in your spirit-led business.
I encouraged you to show up to that edition without shame our guilt, because here’s a little secret: I’m on the same path as you to manifest financial flow, and am up against the same barriers.
This is precisely why I decided to start this series, so I can essentially do the work for you and we can both apply what we’ve learned to build a thriving purpose-led business that helps others and hydrates our households with money (money is the water that hydrates our households and it’s both a basic survival need AND our birthright <3)
I kicked off the series with business blockages to our cash flow, with numero uno being an unclear or clunky content to purchase flow.
Now, one thing I had to learn that I’ll dive into later in this edition, is that it is vitally important that first and foremost, your content has the sole intention of helping who you’re trying to help.
That’s it.
Your content MUST be rooted in servitude, otherwise it has NO value to your audience.
And if it has no value, they won’t give a hoot. They’ll scroll right on by.
Now that we have that out of the way, let’s dive in to how we can establish a customer journey that’s rooted in servitude for them, and translates to financial abundance for you.
A step-by-step guide from servitude to abundance:
Step 1) Get specific about who you serve and what they want.
Pick one person and the one longing or problem that brings them to you.
“People who want to feel guided” is too broad. “Women in a life transition who sense they’re being called toward something and don’t know how to start” is workable. Everything downstream gets easier once this is clear.
Step 2) Map the journey around their needs, not your funnel
Name the stages as they experience them:
Feeling seen: they find you and think “she gets me” (blog, Pinterest, books)
Trust: they get something useful for free
First step: a low-risk, low-cost way to try your work
Deepening: a more personal, higher-value offer
Integration: support in applying it to their life
Belonging: they become part of a community and share what they’ve found
Step 3) Ask “what does this person need most right now?” at every stage
Write one sentence per stage. If you can’t say what the person needs at that point, you’re probably selling instead of serving there.
Step 4) Build a value ladder
Each rung should be a natural next step for someone who got value from the one below:
Free: blog posts, pins, a short guided resource or sample message
Low ($5-$30): Etsy digital products, ebooks, printables
Mid ($30-$200): the diary, a workbook, channeled message offerings, a small course
High ($200+): one-on-one work, readings, retreats or in-person experiences
Recurring: a membership, monthly messages, or a community
Step 5) Deliver a quick win early
Within the first 24 hours, the person should feel something shift: a clear insight, a small action, a moment of comfort. The first win earns the right to every later step.
Step 6) Price for sustainability
Undercharging isn’t service. It leads to burnout and a smaller reach.
Charge what lets you show up fully, and offer a clear way in at every budget (free resources, low-cost products) so access doesn’t depend on money.
Step 7) Make the next step an invitation, not pressure
Tell people plainly what the next offer is, who it’s for, who it’s not for, and what it will and won’t do. Skip fake countdowns and guilt. Clear and warm converts well, and it keeps trust intact.
Step 8) Build a post-purchase care sequence
After someone buys, send a thank-you, a how-to-use-it guide, a check-in a few days later, and a simple ask for feedback. Most of the repeat revenue and referrals come from this stage, and it’s the part most small brands skip.
Step 9) Let customer feedback shape what you create next
Collect their words through replies, reviews, and short surveys. The problems they describe become your next product, and the language they use becomes your copy. This is service and market research in one.
Step 10) Create loops that bring people back.
Examples: a bundle for people who bought the single product, a members-only offer, a referral thank-you, a seasonal ritual or release they look forward to. Abundance usually comes from many people returning and sharing, not from one big sale.
Step 11) Track both sides
For them: Did they get the result? Do they come back? Do they say it helped? For you: conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase rate, lifetime value, refund rate. If the first set is strong and the second lags, fix the offer ladder or the ask. If the second set is strong and the first isn’t, you’re selling past your impact.
Step 12) Set guardrails
Don’t promise specific outcomes (income, health, relationships), especially with spiritual or intuitive work.
Don’t build dependency. The best service leaves people more capable and more connected to their own guidance.
Review your sales language regularly: would you be comfortable if the customer read how you think about them?
Underneath all of this is a simple loop: serve well, ask clearly, charge fairly, and reinvest in serving better.
In summary…
This process requires continual refinement. The goal is to establish a journey that aligns what’s been outlined above, and identify ways you can continually refine it to better serve who you’re trying to help.
When you’ve done this effectively, it’s only a matter of time before you’ve fueled the value exchange engine enough to start generating financial abundance!
I’m currently in the process of fueling this engine, so keep an eye out for later editions where I share results and data.

Channeled Message:
The foundation of everything you’re building is the call to serve, and this must be the center of every initiative you embark on in your business growth journey, and in it’s intricate connections to your everyday life.
You must ask yourself how every little decision you make every single day translates to your ability to serve others.
From the vibrational output of the foods you eat, to the care and attention to your body, to the degree to which your environment is supporting your ability to thrive.
When you place servitude (not just to others, but to yourself as well) at the center of everything you do, it is by Universal law that it will lead to abundance. Not just financial blessings, mind you, but opportunities and blessings and small miracles that will shower your everyday life.
Don’t let the question of “how does this serve others” stop at merely a business strategy and approach to your spiritual entrepreneurism. Answering the call means answering the call of servitude, to help usher in the New Earth and return humanity to the loving nature of Source.
Mik's Message:
Now’s the time wher I’m going to get real with you about probably the biggest reasons why my spiritual coaching business never took off when I abruptly quit my high-paying marketing job to pursue it full-time
(A decision I’m still recovering from, btw.)
I completely lost the plot.
In the beginning, and the driving force behind why I had so much faith that the spiritual coaching business was going to work out was because I knew that if I simply showed up ready to help others, the Universe would lay the path out for me.
And while this is definitely true, it require co-creation.
At a certain point, the financial pressure that moutned from cutting off a vital source of income with no backup plan created an immense energetic strain on me. I became obsessed with needing to hurry up and make money.
This pressure mounted to the point that I had entirely lost the plot, and while I did experience a few wins and did identify a winning strategy, I sabotaged myself by consistently switching to a course that I thought would be more financially prosperous and in less time, because I needed the frickin’ money!
Thus, money could never take root because I would plant seeds but not nurture them.
There’s a lot more reasons why the business never took off outside of that one.
Perfectionism also came into play, being afraid to put myself out, the fear of people thinking I was a first-class fraudster…but above all, I never even got to the stage of helping people and working out those kinks because with all the pressure to succeed, I completely lost the plot.
This time around feels like a second chance. And although I still feel pressure to make money, I’m approaching it from a place of flow and not chaos.
Also, the circumstances are a little different. This time around, my corporate job coming to a close was outside my realm of control. So, idk, it just feels different. Like the Universe removed the job to tell me, “ok kiddo, it’s time. Don’t muck it up.”
And that’s precisely why I’m here, sharing all of this with you.
To help you thrive in your spirit-led business, so we can both answer the call to serve.
As always, I’m here to help if you need it <3
With warmth & gratitude,
XOXO
Mik
