Mostly likely, you already know this answer on a subconscious level. What you need to do to bring it to your conscious level is to tune into the quantum timelines and gauge how your body’s life force energy responds.
Sit where you are quiet and undisturbed. Take a few deep breaths.
Visualize the future timeline in which you are still in this relationship, using the information that has already materialized in your reality. Meaning, if things progress exactly as they are now, without this person having a grand epiphany and finally being able to give you what you need out of the relationship, how does this future look?
Now, observe how the following areas respond to what you see: your spine, your breath, your lower abdomen. How do they make you feel? Be honest with yourself during this part.
Alternatively, visualize a future in which you stop pouring your energy into the relationship, hoping for change. What are you doing? Have you maybe met someone else? Someone who effortlessly gives you what you need in a partner?
Again, observe how the following areas respond to what you see: your spine, your breath, your lower abdomen. How do they make you feel?
This is a very powerful exercise in tuning in to future versions of you, awakening your inner life force energy, and using it as a large road sign.
Write down what you saw, felt, etc. so the thoughts have a place to go instead of swirling around in your head. Then, read them so you can hear yourself and use it to draw your own conclusions and make decisions.
One thing that’s really important for you to know, and take comfort in, is that you don’t have to take any action right now. You can make a decision to act, without acting just yet. To take action, you must be ready…the portal will open for you, and you can either jump through it or not. But when you are ready, you’ll find it much easier to jump than you thought.
